Owning a Condominium is Different Than Owning a House

Not everyone is aware of the differences between owning their own home, and owning their own condominium. There are several differences, but the most objectionable difference (in my humble opinion) is that condo owners are subject financial decisions that are made by the Board of Directors of the Home Owners Association.
