I am eliminating the portion on the left side of this blog where I track the attendance of BOD members at BOD meetings. The instability of the BOD membership over the past several months and the lack of consistent meeting minutes has rendered that service almost meaningless. Instead, I am placing links to Board Meeting Minutes and various Committee Meeting Minutes as they become available.


For the record, and for whatever it is worth, the following attendance is what I did manage to track:

As of sometime in June, it has been determined that only W2ndi H1ll, John Lovell, and Ben Odebralski are legitimately on the BOD. An election is happening soon to fill the other four seats.

As of April 21st, the newly constituted BOD is Dan Capobianco, Yvonne Fabozzi, WH, John Lovell, Mark Morgenstern, Ben Odebralski, and Dan Vermut. Augusta Alvarez recently resigned.

The members of the 2008/9 BOD that were elected in March of 2008 are John Lovell, Ben Odebralski, WH, Augusta Alvarez, and Yvonne Fabozzi. Manny Salomon and Theresa Levy both resigned after the election in March 2008.

The 2007/8 BOD membership included Prentis H. Johnson, Theresa Levy, John Lovell, Ben Odebralski, Manny Salomon, Harold Scott, Bryan Sklar.

For expediency, their attendance will be reported by absences, with the assumption that if they are not reported absent that they were present at the meeting.
