W2ndi H1ll, President of the Board of Directors, has recently formed a Human Resources committee. The committee's first task will be to find a Property Manager for the BOD to hire. Members of the committee include Valerie DeRoy (Chair), Elliot Schertzer (previous BOD member), Mark Morgenstern (current BOD member) , W2ndi H1ll (current BOD President), and Steve Frahm (former BOD President).
Preliminary work toward the finding of a Property Manager has been performed by Michael grant. He was expected to be a member of the HR committee, but declined to attend the meeting last night. There is a possibility that he is no longer a member of the BOD due to a letter of resignation that he submitted via email. It would be a significant loss to the BOD if he is no longer on it.
