From time to time the "Association" distributes flyers like this one throughout the neighborhood. The exact author is unknown as there is no attributions made anywhere throughout the eight pages. Pages 4 & 5: Apparently an advertisement for a company called ECM (not EMC) and the Extended Warranty Protection Plan that they offer. Their full name is East Coast Mechanical and you can go to their webpage by click on their name in this post. Click here to see what I believe is their license information in Florida.
There is no explanation given in the eight pages of the flyer as to why this particular company was selected for inclusion. I assume they may have paid for the advertisement, or someone thinks that their services are good enough to be recommended to unit owners. I will provide more information as it becomes available.
