Several in the community have asked me for information regarding a possible meet-the-candidates night. President W2ndy H1ll has said yes, there will be a meeting for unit owners to come and meet the ten candidates that are running for the BOD. She said that it will most likely be held near the end of July (depending on convenience, availability, and State-mandated timelines). In a separate conversation the office manager Lue stated that the exact date has not yet been set but that voters will be notified by email and flyer and that the notice will be posted on the official TAJ website. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
[By-the-way, I am sure that I am not alone in the community in wanting to extend my thanks to Lue and Lanie (our office workers) for doing what can be a difficult job in what must be a difficult climate of BOD in-fighting, angry unit owners, and no professional Property Manager leadership. ReplyDeletequestion,why didn`t the office send candidates letters in with notice of meet the candidates night.people need to read these so they can get an idea where / what the candidate position is.in order to generate questions.THIS SAME MISTAKE/AGENDA was done last illegal election.not to mention duplication and waste of labor $$$ to redeliver same.
