Tennis Court Vandalism

While walking to the pool with my daughter I noticed that the tennis court net had been damaged. Then I noticed that the tennis court gate does not lock, which explains why the damage happened. It was likely the result of kids hanging or otherwise playing on the net in ways that harm it.

  1. Just like the East Pool has not been fixed in over a year. I heard they had plenty of bids to meet the quote to have to hire someone to fix it so how come they have not used the pool reserve money to fix this.

This is unfair to the community on the east side to have to use the clubhouse pool if they wanted to go swimming. We pay for this ammenity and have not been able to use it in over a year.

  2. We had an estimated $22,000 in pool reserves and $31,00 in clubhouse reserves at the end of 2008 - plus reserves collected in 2009. Neither the pool furniture at the main pool ($500 for repairs) nor the small front pool have been fixed - and the money is sitting there to do it in reserves!!

Why haven't our emails and letters been answered regarding these items?

Perhaps we should just close the small pool and make it into a new tot lot or parking lot.

  3. the Vandalism in the community is not only to the property anymore. My daughter car was left on 4 blocks in the early morning of Dec 15. THe came and left with the tires and rims and left the car in four blocks that belong to one pf the entrance of the community. And on the top of that I get a sticker on the window saying that the car is going to be towed, are you kidding me?

  4. That is messed up that they would put a tow sticker on the car if you have a police report. The economy is not helping us either.
