Remember, Late Ballots Do Not Get Counted
The BOD election is March 5th, 2008 (Wednesday -- tomorrow) and the polls typically close at 7pm. Once they close the polls, they cannot accept or count ballots that are not already in their possession. Each year there are those that bring their ballots late and are disappointed that they will not count. Do not let that happen to you. Take your ballot to the business office during the day or at least before the meeting tomorrow night.

I would like to respond to the author,his comment and description of my question at," meet the canidates night",It had the reflection of yellow journalism,"not ranting".i directed my question at all the candidates in general.they individually spoke of all the community problems,which were certainly real. what i wanted to ask them as a group,were they aware of what in my humble opinion is a problemthat is and will have devastating effects on our community in the immediate future.Delinquent maintenance payments by unit owners is of urgent priority and must be addressed.It is a situation that will literally tear this community apart. People who are stretching to meet their own monthly obligations will be hard pressed to take on their neibour`s DEBTS.The association of course can not run in a deficit.There areother methods by which the deficit can be recouped,HOWEVER,THE BOARD[pastense]was miguided and made a hasty decision on a condition that is a state wide epidemic which the stae at the momentreally dosn`t know how to address it.our bylaws are OLD,AMBIGUOS AND VAQUE.The other point i was trying to make [ before i gave up the floor,in the spirit of giving other`s a chance to ask their questions thinking i could finish at the tail end ]Was if the association was aware of the sordid history of building # 12 they would be more aware of what could happen to them and avoid unnecessary expense and headaches.UNFORTUNATLY THE MODERATOR LOST CONTROL OF THE MEETING,"WHICH WAS NOT A BAD THING"because real feelings came forth in abundance.
